Greek black metal pioneers Varathron have offered the first glimpse of their new chapter, Carnal Chronicles, through a cinematic studio teaser that sets the tone for what lies ahead. The album will be released under Agonia Records.
The newly released footage takes viewers behind the scenes, immersing them in the atmosphere surrounding the recording process. Carnal Chronicles will mark the band's next grand opus following 2023's acclaimed The Crimson Temple, continuing Varathron's journey through epic atmospheres, imposing riffs and the timeless darkness that has defined their sound for decades.
"This is only the beginning. A storm is coming", comments the band.
