Finnish black‑metal entity Paara have unveiled "Kylmään kylään", another cut from their forthcoming third record Laulut tulen ja jään, scheduled for 30 October under Dusktone.
The new album marks the band's return after a lengthy absence from the spotlight, once again drawing inspiration from Finnish myths, landscapes and darker strands of folklore. Sung entirely in Finnish, the new material shifts between storming black metal assaults and more spacious, evocative passages, with folk‑inflected melodies adding further depth and dimension to the sound.
