Italian doom metal outfit Orbita have released their debut full-length, Farewell To All We've Lost, through Aural Music.
Emerging from the shadows in 2020, Orbita first made their mark with a debut demo deeply rooted in the raw and unfiltered spirit of traditional stoner doom. As the group's line-up evolved over the years, so too did its artistic vision, embracing a darker, more immersive and emotionally charged sonic identity.
With Farewell To All We've Lost, Orbita establish themselves as a compelling new presence within the Italian doom metal scene, crafting oppressive atmospheres, crushing riffs and haunting melodies that explore the deepest corners of the human psyche. Their music reaches beyond the confines of conventional doom, blending hypnotic heaviness with profound introspection to deliver an intense and cathartic listening experience.
The album was recorded and mixed at Vacuum Studio by Enrico Baraldi, while the cover artwork features a painting by Benjamin König. Link
