Los Angeles (USA)-based deathpop duo VOWWS has released the long-awaited new album, I'll Fill Your House With An Army, via Out Of Line Music. On this occasion, the duo also released a brand new music video for the track "Pulls Me Apart". VOWWS have been drawing attention and stirring a quiet, confident buzz in their chosen home of Los Angeles in the lead-up to their highly anticipated new album, which has not gone unnoticed by some conspicuous peers in the artist community.
VOWWS already count the likes of Deftones, Korn, A Perfect Circle, Gary Numan and Billy Corgan amongst their fans owing to their singular blend of industrial electronica and alternative rock. Singer-keyboardist Rizz and singer-guitarist Matt James have elevated their sound and artistic vision, creating an adventurous, unique work set to make a mark in alternative music in 2025.
VOWWS now return with I'll Fill Your House With An Army, their most ambitious and fully realised album to date. The duo purposefully took time over the last two years to hone in on the perfect collection of demos for their new album, before enlisting Billy Howerdel (A Perfect Circle) to help record and re-imagine each song - reflecting their commitment to honouring the art of creation, in defiance of a music industry that prioritises quantity over quality.
This approach has also seen them become involved in the highest echelons of the fashion world, delivering compositions, collaborations and performances to Commes Des Garçons, Alyx, Givenchy and Byredo.
Having already built a cult following through tours with Deftones, Twin Temple, and Poppy, as well as a live performance at Golden Gate Park alongside System Of A Down and The Mars Volta, VOWWS are poised to cement their legacy with this release.
This summer, the band set out for several prestigious European festivals, including Rock am Ring, Rock im Park, Download, Hellfest, Resurrection & more, and joined Jerry Cantrell's (Alice In Chains) UK/EU run as main support. Just a few days ago, they also announced their appearance at Sick New World Las Vegas in April 2026. Link
