Northern Irish melancholic death/doom metal trio The Crawling has released a brand new music video for the track "Bound To The Negative". The track is taken from their latest album, All Of This For Nothing, released in August 2023 through Grindscene Records. The video was directed and filmed by Exposing Shadows Photography.
Vocalist/guitarist Andy Clarke comments: "This is my favourite track from All Of This For Nothing. It delves into the stubbornness of individuals unwilling to shift their perspective, trapped in a cycle of pessimism and fixated on bygone hardships. This relentless fixation only serves to deteriorate their mental state, hindering any chance of finding peace and fulfilment. It's a pointless mindset, yet seems attractive to so many."
In other news, The Crawling will play a set of four UK gigs. Starting on 29 May at The Junction in Plymouth, on 30 May at Daltons in Brighton, on 31 May at Bank Top Tavern in Oldham, and on 1 June at The Dev in London. Link
