London (UK)-based creators of industrial beauty and chaos, Tayne, have released their exciting new single/video, "Down", giving another taste of their highly anticipated debut album. "Down" is the first video in a trilogy leading the visual narrative throughout the music directed by Leif Johnson, a member of the London-based video collective NEWD.
Matthew Sutton (vocals/bass) explains: "We wanted to take Tayne into a new territory that felt modern and give it more pop sensibilities. 'Down' embodies the core theme of the album, love is conflict. 'Our lust for hurt is love's metaphor' - desires of love and acceptance destroyed by intimidation, make us fake, afraid, lie and cause pain." Link
