Gothic/doom metal legends Paradise Lost have split ways with their drummer, Guido Zima Montanarini, who joined the band in March 2023.
Paradise Lost states on social media: "We've made the difficult creative decision to part ways with our drummer, Guido Zima. We thank Guido for his contributions to the band and wish him all the best in his future endeavours. We appreciate your continued support and understanding, and we're looking forward to the next chapter with the band".
Also, Paradise Lost is to release a new album this year, although this has not been officially announced. However, an extensive tour has been announced (the dates for the band's first leg of its Ascension Of Europe Tour 2025 are below). Italian band Messa will be the direct support on all dates, with High Parasite opening on the UK dates and Lacrimas Profundere on selected mainland Europe shows. Link
