Ireland-based Maheshvara, an atmospheric dark metal project by Ivan Mikhailik, has just released its Om Tat Sat album through Black Vulture Records.
Maheshvara, founded in 2020, integrates dark metal with ritualistic, ambient, and darkwave elements, drawing lyrical inspiration from Sanskrit texts, specifically the Bhagavad-gita As It Is by A.C. Bhaktivedanta Swami Prabhupada.
Om Tat Sat is a profound musical journey through the realms of spirituality and existential philosophy, articulated through an intricate blend of musical styles. All music was written, performed, produced, recorded, engineered, and mixed by Ivan Mikhailik. Anna Mikhailik created the cover artwork and design. Link
