Avant‑garde post‑metal entity Heiden have unleashed the second and final advance video single, "Vodě"—meaning "to the water"—from their forthcoming album Cma, due on 24 April via Epidemie Records.

"Vodě" is a profoundly emotional and tragic composition, portraying water as an unstoppable natural force that takes life without hesitation or mercy. The track conveys a stark sense of helplessness and despair in the face of inevitable loss. Its accompanying video draws viewers into intimate, meaningful locations—places rooted in memory and personal history—where the song's narrative quietly unfolds.

Conceived as a counterpoint to the band's previous single, "Temnoplodec", the new track offers a contrasting emotional perspective while remaining thematically intertwined. The video deliberately keeps a certain distance from the lyrics, yet subtly mirrors and resonates with the song's underlying message.

Though far from uplifting, "Vodě" reveals a rare and striking beauty within darkness—an experience Heiden invite listeners to immerse themselves in and share.

With Cma, Heiden deliver the darkest chapter of their work to date: a layered, pitch‑black mass reminiscent of ash from burned‑down dwellings, absorbed into the ancient silence of the Carpathian Mountains. Link
