The USA-based atmospheric blackened doom metal outfit Krigsgrav has signed with Willowtip Records. Krigsgrav (Swedish for "war grave") came charging out of the gate with a demo in 2006 and proceeded with seven full-length releases, one EP, and two singles.
Krigsgrav on signing with Willowtip Records: "We are beyond excited to join the Willowtip family. Not only have they released some amazing albums over the years, but it's an honor to be labelmates with their great current roster of bands like Aodon, The Mosaic Window, etc. We're hard at work writing the follow up to Fires In The Fall, and are thrilled to have Willowtip as our supportive new home".
Formed in Texas in the autumn of 2004, Krigsgrav has taken its primitive black metal roots and matured and evolved its sound with each entry into its gloomy discography. Stay tuned for more from Krigsgrav! Link
