Music from beloved Northern English doom act Darkher has been handpicked by renowned Polish video game developer and publisher 11 Bit Studios, best known for such acclaimed titles as This War Of Mine and the Frostpunk series, for the trailer of its upcoming new thriller Death Howl - a collaboration from the Danish team The Outer Zone and 11 Bit Studios.
The chosen track is "Lowly Weep" from Darkher's latest masterpiece The Buried Storm.
Darkher's frontwoman Jayn Maiven writes: "When it was requested that 'Lowly Weep' be used for a game soundtrack, I was intrigued by the storyline and its theme. I very much like the idea that both, game and music, can transport people into other realms".
Step into a realm where sorrow meets strategy in Death Howl, the latest game from the Danish team The Outer Zone and 11 Bit Studios. Death Howl weaves a poignant tale of grief, healing, and resilience, crafted into an atmospheric soulslike deck-builder. Both teams are thrilled to announce that a demo for Death Howl will be available starting today, coinciding with the kickoff of this year's 11 Bit Studios Publisher Sale on Steam. Link
