Exponentia, one of the four musical projects helmed by Ludovic Dhenry, returns with a standalone single, "Die Kunde der Engel" (lit. The Message of the Angels) — a 7:19 descent into a dark, melancholic gothic‑/neoclassical soundscape. Far from benign myths, the angels of this realm appear as towering, uncanny, and ominous entities. The track captures a vivid moment from their descent, heralded by a crushing, distorted industrial drum machine and the sombre grandeur of a full orchestral string ensemble. Guided by Dhenry's distinctive "Whisper Scream" technique, the performance evokes a being caught between worlds.
The composition builds toward a profound conclusion in which meticulous sound design illustrates the angelic message breaching the boundaries of the mind, embedding itself directly into the listener's soul.
The track was composed, sound‑designed, mixed, and mastered by Ludovic Dhenry in his home studio and released through his own label, Neris Records. Link
