HEYLEL - Exclusive Premiere Of New Single And Video

Portugal based atmospheric/progressive rockers Heylel have released a brand new video for the song named "Fields Of Battle" and Terra Relicta webmagazine is proud to offer you an exclusive premiere! "Fields Of Battle" is also the first single released from bands upcoming album entitled Metamorphosis, due for release later this year, exactly on 26th October.

The track and music video for "Fields Of Battle" represents the beginning. How one man's life is about to change when a new being is summoned into his body. The metamorphosis process starts. The video was recorded in the woods surrounding Castelo de Faria, in Barcelos, Portugal.

Heylel were formed in 2012 in Porto. The band combines influences ranging from classic to hard and even symphonic rock, with a very personal touch. The outcome is a dark, atmospheric and involving sound, gracefully combined with the beautiful voice of Ana Batista. In 2014 the band released its debut album Nebulae and caught the attention of international progressive and rock press. Known for crossing genres and creating haunting but also hopeful songs, Heylel remain trustful to their musical priority - delivering songs that the listener can connect with.

In September 2015 their second full-length effort, Flesh, established the band in the international alternative rock scene even more. The band returned in Spring 2017 with Shades Of Time, the first album to feature the six piece line-up and released under Into the Limelight Records. It's an album full of surprises, featuring well known guests from the international prog scene: Ky Fifer (Philhelmon (USA)), Kristoffer Gildenlow (ex-Pain Of Salvation (SE)), Erik Laan (Silhouette (NL)) and the Portuguese singer Francisca Ribeiro (Malaboos). Now it's time for a new full-length offering, Metamorphosis, out later this year, and here's the first single presented to you in the form of an amazing video. Enjoy!
