ATROCITY - Presents New Single From Upcoming Album

German dark death metal masters Atrocity have released a brand new single, "Bloodshed And Triumph", taken from the upcoming full-length brutal masterpiece titled Okkult II. The album will be released on 6th July via Massacre Records in many different formats. The album was produced, mixed and mastered by bands main man and frontman Alexander Krull at Mastersound Studio (Leaves' Eyes, Doro, End Of Green, Belphegor etc.).
Fans of heavier Atrocity albums, like it was the previous one, Okkult (2013) or their death metal classics like Hallucinations (1990), Todessehnsucht (1992), Blut (1994) and Atlantis (2004) will get all they hope for and more! Okkult II once again showcases the tremendous spectrum of what Atrocity are capable of; delivering a crisp, powerful and atmospheric production, with expansive horror movie choirs and brutal metal songs, that will dig deep under your skin.
The addition of two death metal icons, LG Petrov (Entombed A.D.) and Marc Grewe (ex-Morgoth), has given Atrocity fans another layer of excitement as they wait to hear what the vocal legends bring to the already devasting Atrocity sound. Featuring stunning artwork from Stefan Heilemann (Lindemann, Pain, Kamelot, Epica, etc.) Atrocity add to the intensity with a deliberately thought-provoking cover. Listen now to the dark and brutal "Bloodshed And Triumph" in the player below. Some say that Okkult II might be the death metal album of the year,... what do you think? Link
