CRADLE OF FILTH - Another New Track Available For Streaming

The 10th of July is approaching fast and with it the release of new album, Hammer Of The Witches, the 11th opus from British hellhounds Cradle Of Filth. In anticipation of the release, the band has now released another new track! Listen to "Deflowering The Maidenhead, Displeasuring The Goddess" as the lyric video edit in the YouTube player below.
Frontman Dani commented on the track:""Deflowering The Maidenhead, Displeasuring The Goddess" is based on the ancient belief of the world personified as Mother Goddess, concerning itself with her self-preservative measures when assailed by her final abuse by the human race. Violated, poisoned and unknowingly left for dead, Gaia's is a pre-emptive, violent and justified retribution; without tears for creed or culture. Nature versus Mankind. A total renewal of species. The song spirals onward at a frenetic, apocalyptic pace to climax and was originally one of guitarist Ashok's contributions to the album, along with "The Vampyre At My Side"."
Coinciding with the release of Hammer Of The Witches (via Nuclear Blast Records), Cradle Of Filth will play release show at this year’s Rock Harz Festival on Saturday, 11th July. For those who cannot attend this special night, you’ll have your chance at this year’s Summer Breeze Festival! Previously released video and the first single from the album, "Right Wing Of The Garden Triptych", can be still heard over HERE. Link
