SAIGON BLUE RAIN - Reveals Details About The Debut Album

New wave/ethereal/cold wave duo Saigon Blue Rain, previously known as Stupid Bitch Reject, has revealed a release date and other details for their upcoming debut album entitled What I Don't See. Duo that consists of Ophelia SBR (vocals, keyboards) and Franck SBR (guitars, bass, keyboards,...) will release the album via German label Cold Insanity Music on 5th September 2014. As the band stated, this album is an ode to the immaterial and the imperceptible. Like a continuity to their first EP (check it out over HERE), the album invites to introspection. Drawing its personality from subjects such as esotericism, flight of time, forces of Nature or still destructive passions, Saigon Blue Rain invites the listener through its compositions, to a journey in places where the rational fades in front of the musing and the self abnegation. Led by an ethereal coldwave and delicate vocals, one track follows another to portray an indefinite world. An evocative album for fans of The Cure (Disintegration or Bloodflowers), Cocteau Twins, Depeche Mode or even Alcest. The first video for the track "L'Offrande" can be seen at this location. Tracklist and cover artwork are below. Saigon Blue Rain will play live on Sacrosanct Festival in Reading, UK on 27th September 2014 and as a support to Soror Dolorosa and The Breath Of Life in Brussels, Belgium on 4th October 2014. Link
